Courchevel: 6th place in mix team competition for ITALY
First historical competition on mix team (2boys+2girls) is over. In Courchevel Italian team reached super 6th place! There were togehter 13 teams on the start and we were better than for example Russia, Czech Rep., Finland, Slovenia etc.
In our team were competing Demetz Lisa, Insam Evelyn, Dellasega Roberto and Colloredo Sebastian. Evelyn showed the longest and best jump in final round in her group of 13 athletes. Also rest of team present their good and growing performance. Interesting is 1st place of Japanese team, followed with Germany and Austria. But we must say that Austrians had here not their best ski jumpers.
Headcoach Jakub Jiroutek was very happy about this result:
"We were competing like a team. This was an historical event - mix teams and we have 6th place only few point behind 5th place. This type of competition can be very good for us, we are looking forward to next competitions."
